READING, Pa. — Family, friends, and members of the Reading community are mourning the loss of Jose A. Cuevas Sosa, 18, and Jose E. Uribe Duarte, 20, who were killed in a three-vehicle crash on Interstate 176 in Robeson Township on Friday morning.
